These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Firm IQ’s website, services, and any purchases made through us. By engaging with Firm IQ, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

These Terms are intentionally straightforward and designed to comply with payment processor and legal requirements. All service-specific details (pricing, deliverables, timelines, and scope) are defined in your signed Proposal or Agreement.

01. REFUND POLICY

Firm IQ provides custom business-to-business consulting, marketing, automation, and digital services. Due to the nature of this work, all payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins.

However, a refund or account credit may be issued in limited situations, including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect billing amount
  • Charges processed after a valid cancellation
  • Clear and documented billing error made by Firm IQ

Outside of these cases, no refunds will be issued.

02. RECURRING BILLING AUTHORIZATION

If your Agreement includes recurring services, you authorize Firm IQ and its payment processors (such as Stripe or similar platforms) to automatically charge your payment method according to the agreed billing schedule.

Your signed Agreement governs:

  • Billing frequency
  • Billing amount
  • Start date
  • Minimum commitment period (if any)
  • Cancellation terms
  • Any applicable early termination conditions

Recurring billing will continue until properly canceled in accordance with your Agreement.

03. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel services by following the cancellation terms outlined in your signed Agreement.

Cancellation is considered effective once received and will be processed based on your Agreement terms.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle unless required under the limited refund conditions stated above.

04. GENERAL LEGAL PROTECTIONS

NO GUARANTEES

Firm IQ does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Search engine rankings
  • Lead volume
  • Conversion rates
  • Revenue outcomes

Performance depends on multiple external factors outside our control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firm IQ’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the most recent billing period.

Firm IQ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption
  • Consequential damages

BUSINESS USE ONLY

All services provided by Firm IQ are intended for business use only and not for personal, consumer, or household purposes.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Your signed Proposal or Agreement always takes priority over these Terms for any service-specific details, including:

  • Pricing
  • Scope of work
  • Deliverables
  • Timelines
  • Cancellation rules

If any conflict exists between these Terms and your Agreement, the Agreement controls.
