2. Promotion Overview

Firm IQ may select one eligible business each month to receive an Atlas Buildout™ at no cost. The Atlas Buildout™ is a Google and AI visibility buildout intended to help local businesses become easier for Google, Google Maps, and AI search platforms to understand, trust, and recommend.

This promotion is an application-based selection process. It is not intended to be a lottery, gambling activity, paid raffle, or pay-to-enter contest.

3. Eligibility

This promotion is open to eligible United States-based businesses that meet the requirements below at the time of application and selection.

To be eligible, a business must:

• Be an active, operating business located in the United States.
• Have an existing business website.
• Have a verified Google Business Profile or be able to provide access to one.
• Have authority to approve website, Google Business Profile, tracking, content, and local visibility work.
• Be able to provide timely access, cooperation, business information, and approvals required for the Atlas Buildout™.
• Be legally authorized to participate in this promotion.
• Be at least eighteen years old if applying as a sole proprietor or individual business owner.

Employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and immediate family members of Firm IQ may be excluded from selection at Firm IQ’s discretion.

Firm IQ reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Promotion Period

Unless otherwise stated on the application page, each monthly selection period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Arizona time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Arizona time on the final calendar day of the same month.

Applications submitted after the close of a monthly selection period may be considered for a future monthly selection period, at Firm IQ’s discretion.

Firm IQ may modify, pause, extend, suspend, or discontinue the promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

5. How To Apply

To apply, an eligible business must complete and submit the application form on the Firm IQ website or any other application page designated by Firm IQ.

The application may request information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name
• Website URL
• Google Business Profile URL
• Business location
• Business category or industry
• Additional information relevant to visibility, eligibility, or project fit

There is no fee to apply. No purchase, payment, or paid consultation is required to apply or be selected.

Limit one application per business per monthly selection period unless otherwise approved by Firm IQ. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, misleading, or abusive applications may be disqualified.

6. Selection Process

Firm IQ may review eligible applications based on business fit, project feasibility, access requirements, case study potential, current online visibility gaps, industry, market opportunity, and Firm IQ’s ability to perform meaningful work for the applicant.

This is not a random drawing unless Firm IQ expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific promotion period. Firm IQ may select a business based on review, evaluation, and business fit.

Selection is not guaranteed. Applying does not create a contract, client relationship, or obligation for Firm IQ to provide services.

The selected business may be notified by email, phone, SMS, or other contact information provided in the application. If the selected business does not respond within the timeframe stated in the notification, fails to provide required access, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the opportunity, Firm IQ may select another business or choose not to award the buildout for that month.

7. Prize Description

The selected business may receive one Atlas Buildout™ at no cost.

Approximate retail value: $9,997 USD.

The Atlas Buildout™ may include some or all of the following, depending on the selected business, available access, business fit, technical limitations, approvals, and Firm IQ’s discretion:

• Service page strategy and/or creation
• Market expansion page strategy and/or creation
• FAQ page strategy and/or creation
• Supporting authority article strategy and/or creation
• AI Visibility Briefs
• Google Business Profile review and optimization recommendations
• Citation and directory submission work
• Apple Maps and Bing Places visibility work
• GPS and navigation platform submission work
• Review strategy setup
• Conversion tracking and call tracking recommendations or setup
• Local business schema, service schema, and/or location schema recommendations or implementation
• Press release distribution or recommendation
• Initial competitor analysis
• Atlas Visibility Report

The exact scope, timing, implementation method, and deliverables may vary. Firm IQ reserves the right to substitute, modify, or limit deliverables of equal or greater value if necessary due to technical, platform, access, legal, compliance, or business reasons.

No cash alternative, refund, transfer, assignment, or substitution is available except at Firm IQ’s sole discretion.

8. Selected Business Requirements

To receive the Atlas Buildout™, the selected business must cooperate with Firm IQ and provide reasonable access, information, and approvals needed to complete the project.

Required cooperation may include:

• Website access or collaboration with the selected business’s website provider.
• Google Business Profile access or manager access.
• Business information, service details, photos, logos, brand assets, and location details.
• Approval of content, page structure, local business details, and visibility assets.
• Permission to install, configure, or recommend tracking tools where applicable.
• Timely responses to reasonable requests from Firm IQ.

If the selected business cannot or does not provide the required access, cooperation, approvals, or accurate business information, Firm IQ may reduce the scope, delay the project, substitute deliverables, or withdraw the award.

The selected business is responsible for ensuring that any information, claims, photos, service descriptions, testimonials, licenses, credentials, offers, or business details provided to Firm IQ are accurate, lawful, and approved for use.

9. Taxes, Costs, And Business Responsibilities

The selected business is solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, accounting treatment, legal review, regulatory obligations, platform fees, third-party costs, hosting costs, software costs, advertising costs, premium plugin costs, website developer costs, or other expenses not expressly included by Firm IQ in writing.

Firm IQ does not provide tax, legal, financial, accounting, or regulatory advice. The selected business should consult its own professional advisors regarding any tax, legal, accounting, advertising, licensing, or compliance obligations.

10. Publicity, Testimonials, And Case Study Rights

By accepting the Atlas Buildout™, the selected business agrees that Firm IQ may document, describe, display, and promote the project as a case study, unless prohibited by law.

This may include use of the selected business’s name, logo, website, public Google Business Profile information, screenshots, before-and-after visibility examples, general project details, non-confidential results, testimonial statements, video, photos, and related marketing materials.

Firm IQ will not intentionally disclose confidential business information that is clearly identified as confidential by the selected business, except as required to perform the project, comply with law, or document publicly visible outcomes.

The selected business agrees to reasonably cooperate with Firm IQ in documenting the project, which may include providing a testimonial, participating in a brief interview, approving reasonable public-facing materials, or allowing Firm IQ to reference the project in marketing.

11. Privacy And Communications

By applying, the applicant authorizes Firm IQ to collect and use the submitted information to review eligibility, contact the applicant, conduct a visibility review, administer the promotion, deliver services if selected, and communicate about Firm IQ products, services, offers, and updates.

Applicants may receive email, phone, or SMS communications from Firm IQ. Message and data rates may apply. Applicants may opt out of marketing communications as permitted by applicable law.

Firm IQ does not sell applicant information as part of this promotion. Use of applicant information may also be governed by Firm IQ’s Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers, Limitations, And No Guarantee Of Results

Firm IQ makes no promise or guarantee of rankings, revenue, leads, customers, map-pack placement, AI recommendations, search engine results, business growth, or financial performance.

Search engines, AI platforms, maps platforms, directories, advertising platforms, hosting providers, website platforms, and third-party systems are controlled by third parties. Firm IQ does not control Google, Google Maps, ChatGPT, Gemini, Siri, Alexa, Apple Maps, Bing, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform.

Results may vary based on many factors, including the selected business’s industry, market, competition, location, reputation, website quality, offer, pricing, reviews, customer experience, business operations, platform policies, algorithm changes, and cooperation.

Firm IQ is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, inaccurate, corrupted, inaccessible, or undeliverable applications or communications; technical failures; internet issues; platform outages; website issues; unauthorized access; or other events outside Firm IQ’s reasonable control.

Firm IQ reserves the right to disqualify any applicant that violates these Official Rules, submits false or misleading information, tampers with the application process, abuses the promotion, acts in bad faith, or damages Firm IQ’s reputation, systems, partners, or participants.

Firm IQ reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failures, legal concerns, platform issues, force majeure events, or any other factor impairs the integrity or operation of the promotion.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Apple, Bing, Microsoft, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Siri, Alexa, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated in writing.

Any references to third-party platforms are for descriptive purposes only. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

14. Governing Law And Disputes

This promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this promotion, these Official Rules, or the Atlas Buildout™ shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

By applying, each applicant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Firm IQ, which are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
